What is 360-Degree Feedback? 
Historically, individuals typically received developmental feedback only from their manager. 360-degree feedback is a process that solicits feedback from multiple sources, including the manager, peers, direct reports and oneself.

The "all around" nature of the process gives 360-degree feedback its name. Compiling the feedback from these different sources into one report enables individuals to view the gaps between self-perception and the perceptions of others. With the guidance of an experienced performance coach, individuals analyze their results and utilize the findings to create an action plan for personal and professional development.

360 orientation: We understand that 360 can create apprehension for both raters and feedback recipients. The 45-minute 360 orientation teaches people about the 360 process and provides guidance on writing useful feedback. The orientation creates a comfortable and successful process in which raters provide honest feedback and recipients gain the full developmental power of the process.

Survey administration: Team Builders Plus provides a cost-effective and user-friendly process for administering the 360 process. From initial set-up, posting the survey online, notifying participants via e-mail, collecting & collating data, to printing reports we ensure that the process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Summary reports: Each feedback recipient will receive their confidential results within days of the project closing date. Reports include numeric ratings and comments for each and every survey item. Organizational reports provide management with an overview of overall group issues. This data can be used to drive training initiatives and organizational development activities.

Performance coaching: Each feedback recipient will engage in a series of one-on-one interactions with a Team Builders Plus experienced performance coach. Our performance coaches are experts at guiding people through the 360 summary report to help them identify underlying needs and challenges. By capitalizing on strengths, individuals will establish concrete goals and action plans to improve development needs.

Reassessment: Feedback recipients are re-evaluated nine to twelve months after the initial assessment. This data provides individuals with a progress report and drives next-level development.
