The South Jersey 25 is a very prestigious award which recognizes company's revenue growth between 2006 and 2008. Team Builders Plus’s growth was an astounding 257%. The criteria for the companies included being located in the eight South Jersey counties: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean, and Salem. Additionally, the companies must have a three-year sales history with an increase in fiscal 2008 and sales at or more than $75,000 in fiscal year 2006. The top 25 results were ranked by researchers at Rowan University's Rohrer College of Business.

The South Jersey 25 Awards Luncheon which revealed the finalists’ ranking order was on Thursday, June 11th at The Merion in Cinnaminson, NJ. A supplement in the Business Journal’s June 12th issue profiled some of the winners and included ranking data about the companies.

“This is our (Team Builders Plus) third consecutive year being awarded among the South Jersey 25,” said CEO of Team Builders Plus, Jeff Backal. “We are very proud of how well the company has progressed since we were founded in 1991. Over the past several years, we have grown from being a local team building firm to the nation’s most recognized team building organization.”
