Participant Workbooks
Participants receive a comprehensive workbook that can be used during the classroom session or as a supplement to the online course – or both.
- The Participant Workbook includes:
- Exercises, forms, skill practice aids, and a video synopsis.
- Job Aids section with tools and resources for applying new skills.
- Memory Jogger Card providing a handy reminder of key workshop skill points.

Facilitator Kits
Each of the courses has a corresponding Facilitator Kit that provides session leaders with everything they need to conduct an engaging training program.
The kit includes:
- A fully-scripted outline for easy facilitation
- Two professionally produced videos, one in an office setting, the other in an industrial environment
- Scripts for both videos
- Pre-/post-tests and session evaluations that can be provided to participants
- PowerPoint presentation to guide the classroom-based session
- Sample letters that can be sent to introduce and follow-up the session

Online Courses
The online courses can be used to follow-up the classroom-based modules or can stand alone as a way to develop your leaders. These one to two-hour modules are fully-aligned with the classrom workshop. This allow the workbook to be utilized for both the classroom and online settings. Learners are also able to reinforce skills learned in the classroom, as the same behavioral models are taught in both versions of the program.
The online course is highly interactive and engages participants through many different methodologies, such as pre and post-tests, opportunities for self-reflection, quizzes based on key concepts, and streaming videos that model and reinforce key skill points.

Blended Learning

The repetition of taking the course in the classroom and then again online, creates long-term retention by reinforcing concepts and skills.
