The Successful Selling© process may include:
Prior to the Seminar
- Consulting with the Sales Manager
- Reviewing current sales metrics currently existing within the company
- Meeting with the Sales Team members
- Obtaining 360® feedback information of the Sales Manager
- Designing a custom-based seminar focused on the needs of the client
- Creating a customized participant workbook
During the Seminar
- Facilitating an activity-based sales training workshop
- Interpreting sales oriented behavioral profiles for each Sales Rep
- Directing role plays and skill practices
- Pairing participants for peer coaching sessions
- Encouraging action planning for upcoming sales contacts
After the Seminar
- Meeting with the executive team in order to reinforce the training
- Consulting with and coaching the Sales Manager
- Conducting coaching conversations with each Sales Rep
- Facilitating abbreviated and tactical sales workshops
- Structuring a retainer relationship to assist Sales Rep success
