During the Seminar

  • Interpreting sales oriented behavioral profiles for each Sales Rep
  • Directing role plays and skill practices
  • Pairing participants for peer coaching sessions
  • Encouraging action planning for upcoming sales contacts

After the Seminar

  • Meeting with the executive team in order to reinforce the training
  • Consulting with and coaching the Sales Manager
  • Conducting coaching conversations with each Sales Rep
  • Facilitating abbreviated and tactical sales workshops
  • Structuring a retainer relationship to assist Sales Rep success
