 Aaren Perry , MFA
Director, Business Development
Aaren is an insightful consultant and inspirational presenter. He uses writing techniques to assist individuals and groups in planning for change and success. He has applied these skills in leadership and team building efforts with corporate, small business, faith-based, and international non-governmental groups.
At Team Builders Plus Aaren introduces training programs and products to companies that want to develop their managers and supervisors into leaders. His work with our online training and assessment tools business draws on years of experience in instructional technology.
He has produced a TV show on writing, managed multimedia exhibits on nonviolence, delivered multimedia job training programs, and helped develop an online appeals group for a health services corporation. Aaren also helped build and manage teams for fundraising, including a nine hundred thousand dollar campaign, for an international women’s rights organization.
Aaren is an invited speaker at colleges and conferences including Philadelphia’s Welcome America celebration. He is published in magazines and has appeared on NPR and regional TV broadcasts.
Bilingual, with an MFA in Writing from Vermont College, Aaren is the author of three books. His textbook, Poetry Across the Curriculum (Pearson Publishers, 1997) is widely used. Aaren is the recipient of a Writing Fellowship from the PA Council on the Arts.
You might be surprised to know that: Aaren and his wife are studying level IV Shambhala Warrior training. He has a yellow cord in the martial art Capoeira, is experienced in both Angolan and Regional forms, and plays all of the required instruments.
 Andy Kraus
Director, Business Development
Andy values his Disney heritage and applies the philosophies and traditions he learned there in everything he does. Customer service is key and his motto is “you’re only as good as your word.”
In his role at Team Builders Plus, Andy develops relationships with clients, creates new team building activities and builds partnerships within the industry to offer the right program for our clients. Before joining Team Builders Plus, he successfully managed two Manpower Staffing branches in South Jersey, placing candidates in various position levels. Prior, he spent five years with the Walt Disney Company in Orlando, FL. As a Research Operations Manager, Andy honed his training and development skills by designing and implementing employee recognition programs and team building events.
Andy is an active member of Rotary and serves as the President of the Glassboro Rotary Sunrise (2010-2011). He earned his BA degree in Humanities at the University of South Florida. He was a member of a Walt Disney World Diversity Resource Group PRIDE and is the coach of his son’s Tee Ball team.
You might be surprised to know that: Andy placed 1st in a nationwide make your own California Raisin contest when he was 14 years old (character featured on a tv commercial).
 Dolores Woodington

Dolores strives for the best as she works daily on all aspects of Team Builders Plus accounting services. She brings over 15 years of diverse experience to the organization and each she serves as the financial backbone (and sometimes, voice of reason…hey, we’ve got a lot of enthusiastic trainers at Team Builder Plus). Our clients and vendors know Dolores for her speed and accuracy in submitting invoices, and providing payment. The Team Builders Plus staff truly appreciates her dedication and commitment for getting this right the first time.
You might be surprised to know that: When not crunching numbers for Team Builders Plus, Dolores can be found showing houses to potential home buyers.
 Lesley Cruz
Learning Resources Specialist
Lesley’s organizational and people skills are ideal for her to be the point-of-contact for many of our clients. At Team Builders Plus, we know that Lesley is the person behind-the-scenes who makes the trainers look good. But make no mistake about it…Lesley is a superstar.
Lesley helps our clients to coordinate program logistics, so when you get to your next Team Builders Plus training program and everything is just as you envisioned, don’t forget to send a note of thanks to Lesley.
Team Builders Plus trainers appreciate all of the work she does to prepare the materials for our training programs. Somehow, and the trainers are still trying to figure out how this happens, a bag containing workbooks and all of the materials for the next day’s training program, magically appears, just in time and ready to go. We think Lesley has something to do with it.
You might be surprised to know that: During her time away from the office, Lesley can be found hiking or working on her photography or artwork.
Andrea Bardon
Media & Marketing Director
The Team Builders Plus staff is amazed how she is able to manage all of the media and marketing efforts for the office and work her magic as the primary customer service representative who answers questions about the hundreds of products in our Teambuilding, Inc. Store - The Training Catalog.
Andrea's keen eye for design which allows her to improve and maintain all Team Builders Plus websites, as well as coordinating all marketing efforts for the company. She serves as a vital link between Team Builders Plus and our clients through social media networks.
Her attention to detail and caring personal service are one of the keys to the longevity of our Teambuilding, Inc. Store - The Training Catalog client relationships.
Britni Coleman
Training Coordinator
The dedication that Britni brings to the office each day is overwhelming. Clients know her by her helpful manner when they call Team Builders Plus Heaquarters.
Britni wears many hats in the Team Builders Plus office. She administers online surveys (360-Degree Feedback, Team Surveys and Organizational Surveys) as well as coordinates all of our Quest Series programs such as GeoQuest: The High Tech Treasure Hunt. Imagine programming 50 hand-held GPS units for a treasure hunt, prepping all of the clue sheets, and managing the logistics with the client. This role requires a meticulous eye and Britni makes it look easy. She also coordinates the preparation of our philanthropic bike donation program, Wheels for the World, and our indoor & outdoor CSI programs. Britni is a team player that jumps in whenever she is needed.
