Stew BolnoStew Bolno, MBA, EdM
Sr. Learning & Development Consultant

Stew has helped executives and sales teams increase their level of professional effectiveness for over twenty years.

He, like all of us, has learned that the only constant in business is change. Technological advancement seems to impact upon us at an exponential rate. The competitive environment requires executives, managers, and sales professionals to be nimble. Intra-organizational shifts should be expected to occur on a regular basis.

However, Stew’s clients benefit by applying numerous time-tested techniques that enable them to become more influential leaders and more effective sales professionals.

Tactical tools used to help his clients succeed include:

  • Organizational Culture and Team Surveys that ensure that all significant actions are based upon quantitative data. The results are always eye-opening and guaranteed to align high ego executives with corporate and team realities.
  • 360 Degree Surveys that provide individuals with candid opinions and helpful comments from those whom who have observed the person’s behavior at work. This valuable process forms a foundation for focusing on the key items that will improve professional performance.
  • Behavioral Profiles enable the business pros to obtain information from their most knowledgeable source; themselves. Guided analysis helps the person to better understand the impact of their behavior and to increase their flexibility and effectiveness in their most stressful situations. Once learned, the information will return benefits for life in the areas of leadership, management, and sales.

Stew's professional employment and contractual work has included organizations such as R. H. Macy, Xerox Learning Systems, and Wharton (University of Pennsylvania) Small Business Development Center. ACE Insurance, SEI, and Bridgestone Tires are just a few of the clients who have employed him for continuous work over the years.

While employed as an executive, he began teaching evening courses in marketing and management and, later, became a full—time college faculty member for five years.

He has been profiled in Selling Power Magazine for training a mature sales team that tripled their sales in a short period after the sessions. He has contributed numerous articles on sales and leadership to a variety of business periodicals.

Stew has earned an M.B. A. in Management and an Ed. M. in Adult Educational Processes.
