Burlington County (NJ) Habitat for Humanity and Team Builders Plus have teamed up to offer Tools for Teams™ - A unique and rewarding group experience that allows your team, department or entire organization to do something good and get something in return.
 New home construction and "gut rehab" of abandoned homes provide challenging projects that require teamwork, open communication and creative problem solving. Habitat personnel provide work site supervision, equipment and construction materials. Team Builders Plus facilitators help participants to link group dynamics demonstrated in the building process to real-world work experiences.
Tools for Teams™ allows participants to:

- Build the foundation of teamwork while creating a home for a Habitat family
- Improve group dynamics while making the community a better place to live
